At the client’s request, one of our lawyers will be in attendance at the Company’s Board meetings to provide legal advice. The services provided are of particular importance to foreign firms that operate in Nigeria but do not require elaborate organization for the conduct of their business.

We also have extensive experience in obtaining relevant permits, licenses and consents that may be required by our clients. We also specialise in Company formation and production of all documents necessary in order to obtain requisite regulatory consents for the establishment of business in Nigeria including expatriate quota, business permits etc.

Within this department, as Consultants, we recruit staff on behalf of our clients upon their instructions thereby utilizing our expatriate and experience to source for the most suitable candidates available vacancies. We are also involved in manpower development/industrial relations. In this regards, we either on our own or in conjunction with other reputable organizations organise seminars, conferences and workshops.
