Our firm has a competent unit which handles lettings, sales, purchase and development of properties. We also undertake management of properties on behalf of our clients. In this department, we do verification of title documents at the Land Registries all over the federation, preparation and perfection of title documents including obtaining Governor’s consent and Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) in all parts of Nigeria.
